Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud

Within our company, we use this type of service/CRM to be able to efficiently manage sales data for each type of product that we offer, within each type of product we manage customer information as well as any dictional information that is related to the product or to the client.

I have to admit that SAP Sales Cloud is very useful and precise to quickly and easily access the data of the products you are offering or the clients and payments you want to manage, everything can be managed in a very visual and intuitive way so which I can affirm that it increases the speed at which you can work with this service.
Although SAP Sales Cloud fulfills what it promises and what it offers, I do not consider it to be completely scalable, there may come a point where it is not enough to handle all the information about your company or your products and customers. I would say that it works better on a medium and small scale.
Although all Sales cloud and CRM services are very similar today and offer similar things, it is true that SAP Sales Cloud is the most intuitive and pleasing to the eye that I have tried so far, at certain points it could be inferior to the competition but has a great point in comfort and ease of use.

SAP Sales Cloud is quite useful for situations in which you have to have information about customers and products together in the same place, and at the same time you can manage and consult it quickly and easily, when perhaps there is too much information to manage I think SAP Sales Cloud may not be so appropriate since its user-friendly interface prevents the handling of large volumes of data.
