Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud

I started using SAP Sales Cloud because I read on Linkedin that they were adding some Ai features to their CRM and they were pretty powerful so I have It a try because my sales manager needed to use a CRM (we were previously using Google sheets before). And he's supper Happy. I'm also Happy because I can check what it's going on with our potential clients, which phase are they and overall we can track almost every details.It's easy to use, so I appreciated It. Google sheets was fine, but the data could be overwhelming so we opted for a more visual and profesional tool.

  • AI insights are cool but still there's Room for improvemte here on the accuracy of tips
  • Learning curve it's not short / more tutorials on the on boarding process
  • Calendar could also be integranted with other calendar like Notion calendar or Google calendar
  • Revenue uplift due shorter negotiation time

  • More time to Focus on bring new potential clients
  • Saved us 2 hours per week
SAP Sales Cloud helped us in increasing sales velocity because we could tag our potential customers more clearly and know exactly in which phase they were. With our previoua system we Lost so many Hot leads because we weren't tracking anything just manually adding all the info. For small company it's okay but when you start growing, SAP Sales Cloud could be more useful and save you more time. plus you have another "brain" that gives you good insights (AI))
As I mentioned before, If you are a Big company or an small company that is growing, this tool saves you a lot of time. If you want to focus in other tasks you need this type of software. And it's not only useful for sales department, it's also useful for me (CEO) and other departments like social media (Content planning for the blog and Instagram)

These other products are not fully focused on sales. Of course you can create a workflow for your employees but they have too much info that youll probably won't end Up using. Also their AI assistance is not that accurate when you need some advice or personalized Insights. That's why we swapped to another software that was focused on the sales funnel.

Well, I've been using SAP Sales Cloud for 6 months now so my conclusions are that if your employees are techy friendly then I would recommend It, but if they are quite not used to advanced CRM tools could be a bit overwhelming at first. Pricing it's okay thought, compares to other tools I've used previously.
