Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

To standardize a single HR platform across all countries. This allows a centralized administration to support all the users globally and reduces managing multiple platforms that have a high operational support maintenance cost.

  • Date format limitation.
  • Easier onboarding selection from an IT perspective like hardware and software provisioning listing.
  • Reduce effort on various vendor management.
  • Reduce the service support from various HR vendors.

Ability to integrate with a few payroll vendors. Currently working in progress to integrate more applications with SuccessFactors like a finance ERP system. Azure AD integration will be in the pipeline for future integration.
This will reduce the effort of managing various compliance standards. With the introduction of SuccessFactors modules, we are excited to be replacing existing manual, admin-heavy processes, with a much improved and consistent approach to the way in which we recruit and onboard our new employees, globally.
One of the main factors is the total cost of ownership for SuccessFactors. Professional and license costs are much lower compared with the incumbent.

Ability to support users where internet bandwidth is limited. We have done the POC with a few MB bandwidth and the performance is acceptable particular for offshore vessels and in the African region.
