Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
As an analyst, I use SAP to retrieve the data from the database and clean it. Then use the cleaned data to make dashboards to give insights to the CXOs interms of developing a new strategy development. It can be both process related or product/service related. Which is on long term aswell as short term.
- Storing Large Amount od Data
- Retrieving the data easily
- Making the entry in a simpler manner
- Adding dealer code
- Taking bit more time to download huge data
- no walkthrough of the modules
- Main benefit is the automation, we need not to do it manually each and everytime.
- Stores large amount of data, making entry and retrieving it is very easy.
- Also makes the life easy by simplifying the task.
I am more of an analyst who download the data and analyse it. But at the same time, i use the front end tool time to time to check the integration and also for other are of improvements. As per the interactions that i had with the team members, it works pretty smoothly without any issues.
Our organization used ADP Workforce Now earlier this year, but later shifted. As ADP is not very user friendly and its clumsy. Also making entries in it is really a pain, each and every time it resets automatically. Also we used it declare our investments also for IT returns, this is one of the cool features in ADP.
