Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I am using SAP Success factors for Supplier management, Payroll check and management, for taking quick surveys, for updating attendance, to update reportees tagging and organization chart, to update and manage my goals/projects twice in a year during the performance review period, also learnings on modules shared by organization, to manage my team updates on leaves, night shift approvals, expense approvals,etc.

SAP is much easier to all the organisation and people's to use and manage. Hence this is a people friendly thing
SAP Success factors implementation enabled our organization, our team's organization structure, pay structure data, employment and personal information, also the separation approvals, performance review discussions all at one step. SAP Success factors is successfully created and implemented by the organization with clear accountability, clear communication and adequate employees engagement overcoming all the challenges.
