Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

In the human resources department we have SAP SuccessFactors to more efficiently manage the hiring and performance of our staff in general, almost the entire payroll, with exemptions for some members of the board of directors. This software helps us to have a better view of the candidates for our job vacancies according to internal requirements, we can see from the beginning before scheduling the interviews which are the best candidates according to their professional profile and previous experiences without having to manually read their sheets of lives. I also like being able to view employee performance from SAP SuccessFactors so we can dynamically interact to foster teamwork and work performance.

  • The investment expenses are generated according to the number of modules used, in our case we use it according to the requirements of the human resources department and the expenses are managed according to each need of the department.
Each module has specific characteristics that change in some aspects its integration with the entire software ecosystem. It is generally very simple but with some exceptions for some modules.
Like integration, its objective implementation depends on the number of modules acquired, which generally always adapt and adjust to our growth and investments.

SAP SuccessFactors provides a more accurate view of the work of the company's employees according to performance and generates alerts on working hours and has improved our internal recruitment system for the human resources department. With this software we have a very pleasant interface that allows us helps manage payroll and performance in just a few steps without spending long work hours reading data. It is essential to be able to save money for the company and with SAP SuccessFactors it has been possible to significantly reduce the costs of hiring with low labor standards, which in the long term generated extra expenses because more budget had to be allocated to new hires.
