In the human resources department we have SAP SuccessFactors to more efficiently manage the hiring and performance of our staff in general, almost the entire payroll, with exemptions for some members of the board of directors. This software helps us to have a better view of the candidates for our job vacancies according to internal requirements, we can see from the beginning before scheduling the interviews which are the best candidates according to their professional profile and previous experiences without having to manually read their sheets of lives. I also like being able to view employee performance from SAP SuccessFactors so we can dynamically interact to foster teamwork and work performance.
