Overall Satisfaction with Sauce Labs
It's being used by our QA and developers for automation and device testing. It makes device testing really accessible and near hassle-free, complete with a suite of tools to enhance the experience.

- Even though there are lots of devices available, we'll always need more!
- I did notice lag or stuttering at times.
- We always need more documentation or training.
- Eliminate testing as a bottleneck
- Improve quality by increasing browser/OS/device coverage
Saucelabs makes it very easy to automate testing on a wide variety of devices, browsers, and operating systems. Always have these on hand and the wealth of tools available decreased a lot of our testing time.
We do trust it. I'm not specifically sure on the details but it has been reviewed by our security team and was deemed a trustworthy tool.
Having a wide variety of browsers and devices available makes it simple and quick for us to test our UI and user experience across a vast amount of use cases. User interface issues or navigation bugs are quickly picked up by QA or automation.
It takes a lot of time and resources to build a product like this. Rather than rebuild the wheel, we'd instead use a well established and built tool like Sauce Labs with great support to go with it.
