Overall Satisfaction with Sauce Labs

Across the whole organisation - it is used by the whole company.
  • Cross browser.
  • Real private mobile devices.
  • Excellent customer support.
  • Performance dashboard analytics.
  • Allow users to be in multiple teams. Currently one user can only belong to one team.
  • If the team has its own private devices, it can’t use the private devices belong to the whole company organisation. We should allow a team to access their own devices and the company devices.
  • Increase in number of bugs found by testing not customers.
  • Faster and more automation test cycles.
