Overall Satisfaction with Scale Computing HC3

It is being used across the organization. This new system will address server consolidation, central management, and redundancy on the IT side.

  • I don't know at the moment as we are just new to Scale and are just getting to know and understand it.
The support I've had to date in the setup of our new systems has been great. I haven't used any other support route yet.
We haven't used it for business-critical applications in our organization except for our website. Most of our applications are in the cloud.

Other systems were more complex and expensive and weren't as easy to manage.
Scale Computing HC3 is well suited for small or medium organizations that require one management interface with everything integrated from a server-storage perspective. Small IT has a challenge learning and managing so much these days that having a centralized dashboard to deep dive into that infrastructure is very important.
