Overall Satisfaction with Scale Computing Platform

Actually, we are distributor of Scale Computing Platform, and we do product promotions to the Philippine Market in terms of proposing solutions in the business of the customers pertaining to migrating in Hyperconverge setup. Scale Computing Platform as a solution to the requirement and the scope for this solution are in telcos, government agencies, hospitality segment, etc.
  • In terms of relations between the distributor and partners
  • support and TAT for concerns and technicalities
  • Product highlights and technology that fits customers' requirements.
  • easy access to reconfiguration of the nodes
  • 24/7 technical support (online)
  • built-in firewall since another brand has this feature.
The support from Scale Computing Platform has been very helpful to us in terms of client's requirements and urgency. Sometimes, there is a request for product demo/presentation, the Scale Computing Platform team is willing to help as possible in order for us to get the deal. They are very much open for support and help to their respective distributor including marketing collaterals as tool to promote the said product
In business criticalities applications, between the computing hardware and business applications, lies to have run in operating systems like windows or linux. In our case, we have run applications that doesn't care about what type of processor, memory and storage is in the physical hardware of the server. This is where HC3 is a virtualization platform like VMware, Hyper-V etc. So I think Scale Computing Platform would be a great tool to virtualized machines that can run in a server/node a cost & performance effective.

I have chosen Scale Computing Platform over the Nutanix for this reasons, #1 is the price difference between Scale Computing Platform and Nutanix. #2 is the complexity and ease of use of both solutions. In my opinion, Scale Computing Platform is way above nutanix as to the specifications is concern and also the performance of it. Scale Computing Platform recognized here in the Philippines as major player in Hyperconverged Infrastructure.

When we have a customer in the Philippines that is looking for a hyperconverge solution to their existing network setup. The customer has traditional topology/network that uses vms. Hence, Scale Computing Platform fits the requirements that is needed by the customer. The features and specifications were address properly and the sizing of the nodes were perfectly addressed.
