Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic SL1
We use it for Infra monitoring. We have some pros and cons with this tool. Customer expectation is high! They need APM, AIOPS within SL when it is on On-prem.
On-Premise Only
- Installation of Appliances is simple
- UI is good
- It supports many Protocols
- APM is required
- Agent should be available for On-Prem solution
- AIOPS functionalities should be available for On-Prem solution

- Need to improve a lot still.
- Micro Focus Network Node Manager i (formerly HP Network Node Manager)
NNMi had good features to monitor network devices. SL1 is lagging to have same.

Expecting to get Integration connectors for most of the tools like Solman, Moogsoft etc
