Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic SL1

ScienceLogic SL1 one is pretty good, we are able to monitor our services.
One thing is that availability report is a pain point to us. We need to take track of availablity report manually.

Pros

  • For us url monitoring it's working well and we are able to solve issue before incident came.
  • Alerting mechanism is good

Cons

  • ScienceLogic SL1 has to take apportunity from people those are customising the power packs and synck packs, that ScienceLogic SL1 have to adopt in there own product so that will help other to solve similar kond of problems.
  • If some teams are spending there time on customising the product so ScienceLogic SL1 may can buy there customisation and implement in ScienceLogic SL1 product itself
  • It is not 100 percent return on investment as of now.
