Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
Screenconnect is an unbelievably easy and flexible program that gets me on to my client's PCs with minimal effort from me and has easy setup for the less computer literate clients of mine. I would highly recommend Screenconnect for anyone needing access to remote devices.
Pros
- Easy setup and distribution to remote PCs.
- Excellent speed.
Cons
- Screen scaling and zooming is not perfect but not bad.
- When pulling the scroll bar up or down on a remote PC and you happen to move the mouse outside of the screen, it takes a while to get the remote screen to react when you click back on it.
- Extremely cost effective, providing a good ROI due to the fact that I can get a lot more work done in shorter time and am not wasting time and money driving around to sites.
Much more flexible and cost efficient for a small company like mine.
