Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
Probably one of the biggest features that I like about ScreenConnect is the ability to black out a screen with a logo or text. Being a computer technician I don't like my customers to know the tools that I'm using to fix their computer/clean it up of viruses so by blacking out I have the assurance of knowing that they can't do the same thing. Some might find that this is sneaky however would a supplier of a product give their wholesale list to you? - No, so why should we!

- Connects automatically upon restarting machine - when other programs fail

- Fast and easy to use with a self-hosted and cloud-based option
- Sometimes when I blank the screen it still shows the taskbar
- Have a backup function upon restarting the machine so that if one fails it's got another one
- Save on driving to customers' houses
- Hiding my tools that I use to prevent customer from fixing problems themselves
- Being able to complete more jobs in a day due to not having to travel between customers
ScreenConnect allows you to blank out the screen with a logo where TeamViewer only displays a black screen. I like having an image when I blank out the screen as I feel like it looks more professional. With TeamViewer customers freak out because their screen is black and I can't brand the black screen with TeamViewer.
