Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use screen connect to support our clients. Often we have to resolve complex problems without any on-site expertise, so without a reliable remote tool, we would not be able to provide our professional services.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Reliable
  • Full set of features
  • Compatible

Cons

  • End user installation is sometimes suppressed by their browser.
  • Increased efficiency
  • Client satisfaction
  • Quicker support solutions
ScreenConnect is much less in cost and doesn't have any important features missing
If you have a regular need to get onto a system and don't want to have someone on site to let you on, the permanent installation to allow access is beyond convenient.
