Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

We have a two building organization that was taking far too much time to walk to user workstations every day. Adding ScreenConnect helped us to better support those users as well as our remote sales reps without ever leaving our desk.

Pros

  • Easy for end user to connect
  • Fast and reliable
  • Easy to set up

Cons

  • User security interface could be a bit easier to work with
  • Custom URL for links
  • Saving us time and money
Pricing is fantastic for a small IT team!
Works well when users are not very technical and need great instruction on how to get connected.
