Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

Accross the whole organization. We use the ScreenConnect to deploy software and connect to devices remotely.

Pros

  • Allows our organization to easily deploy software to remote devices.

Cons

  • I don't believe ScreenConnect allows us to file (Windows) Explorer on remote machines without joining the device. Would be nice to have this feature.
  • We've used ScreenConnect to replace our previous remote management software because of the abundance of features it employs and the fact that it met our price point.
LogMeIn - ScreenConnect has some great features LogMeIn was missing and is missing a few features that were valuable with our old software. Cost was a huge factor in our decision-making process and the few features that we no longer are able to use are worth the savings.
ScreenConnect has a lot of great features that help our group manage remote users. With home offices becoming more common than ever before, a software such as this is a necessity and ScreenConnect is a great fit for our company.
