Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
This is only being used by myself and the trainers within my company. This allows prompt adequate training, push CMD prompts to all computers within the organization, and monitoring/recording users that have been doing suspicious activity.

- Sending CMD prompts to users.
- When instant messaging a user, if the message box on the end user side can automatically be pinned on top of other windows. The reason why is because if someone is currently working in a window, the chat box gets shown in the background and the user does not know that I've messaged.
- Provide training courses on how to use SQL to control the groups more. Such as adding the end user to grand consent before the screenconnect user and see the screen.
- Allowed remote support across the board
- WebEx
WebEx was really expensive.
