Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
ScreenConnect is used to allow anyone in the company having I.T. issues to be connected by myself. In the case that we have remote staff, this is a very very simple process and I can jump on their computer even without their input (as long as they have enabled to set this up prior). [It's] a very easy tool and a lot less expensive than most others... (I did a lot of research on this).

- Ease of setup
- Ability to change the amount of internet needed when this is limited
- I can't think. There is a lot available that I don't even use.
- Being able to connect without jumping in a car or plane to fix PC issues is great. This would save $1,000s.
TeamViewer is the main one - This worked for a small number of connections but then it kicks you out; when you go to buy the next level you almost go broke!! There are plenty of others I have tried, but this is just so easy to work, and not too expensive. It is great.
