Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
I use SeekOut to find top-class candidates for positions I am looking to fill. SeekOut allows me to go to one place and find the best talent available. I only use SeekOut to find candidates. Beyond that, I use other platforms for contacting candidates.
- SeekOut allows me to filter in any way that I need to filter
- SeekSut has pre-existing power filters that bring top candidates to the forefront for a given search
- The description of candidates is frequently inaccurate in terms of current position/company when compared to LinkedIn
- SeekOut allows me to find approximately 10% more qualified candidates than compared with Linkedin Recruiter.
I use SeekOut to find candidates, but once I go to the candidate's LinkedIn profile, I have to verify their current role/experience matches what showed up on SeekOut. A significant amount of the time, it does not.
I use both SeekOut and Linkedin Recruiter regularly.
