Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I use SeekOut to find top-class candidates for positions I am looking to fill. SeekOut allows me to go to one place and find the best talent available. I only use SeekOut to find candidates. Beyond that, I use other platforms for contacting candidates.
  • SeekOut allows me to filter in any way that I need to filter
  • SeekSut has pre-existing power filters that bring top candidates to the forefront for a given search
  • The description of candidates is frequently inaccurate in terms of current position/company when compared to LinkedIn
  • SeekOut allows me to find approximately 10% more qualified candidates than compared with Linkedin Recruiter.
I asked a question of customer support and got a very helpful, thorough answer. The only reason for not 10/10 is because of the long time it took to get this info.
I use SeekOut to find candidates, but once I go to the candidate's LinkedIn profile, I have to verify their current role/experience matches what showed up on SeekOut. A significant amount of the time, it does not.

SeekOut is great for finding candidates who match the geographic location and years of experience I'm looking for. However, the years of experience are frequently wrong due to the candidate's information not being fully up-to-date.
