Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
While I was working on technical roles, I was using SeekOut to find potential new hires for the organization. I was using it to identify passive candidates, and it was my choice when I needed to reach beyond what Linkedin Recruiter could find.
- Customization of searches
- Customer/user support
- Consolidating candidates from multiple sources
- Some searches/functions are complex to set up
- Allowed us to reach more candidates and reduce time to fill on roles
- Improved quality of hire by targeting specific talent
SeekOut compliments this other tool. I don't think it is a full replacement, but it is nice to have access to both tools.
