Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
We majorly use SeekOut to find tech/engineering folks. It is also useful to get market insights(similar to Linkedin market insights but is more exhaustive), diversity sourcing(diversity tags have been fairly useful), and getting contact information.
- Finding diverse candidates
- Finding contact information even for the prospects sourced from other platforms.
- Technical sourcing( filters help get more and better fit people for the jobs)
- when we click on a profile, it auto opens in a different tab, I do not like that. I would want to open all the profiles I like to open and then review them together.
- If we can open the profiles in Linkedin Recruiter instead of normal LinkedIn
- There is sometimes a lag when putting in filter, which is a little annoying
- Diversity Representation
- Decreasing time to hire
Seekout has the better capability as far as diversity sourcing is concerned.
