Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
I use SeekOut for the purpose of supporting my recruiting efforts within the tech org of Salesforce. SeekOut provides options for candidate searches that I otherwise would not be able to build in with other software. These options provide more desirable results, helping me to hit my recruiting goals.

- SeekOut could include a toggle for candidates that are currently seeking new roles, similar to how LinkedIn does.
- SeekOut could include another option that allows recruiters to see who is more likely to engage or to be looking for a new position.
- SeekOut could provide more options for candidates to opt into the process, rather than scraping the internet for random bits about their professional history.

SeekOut has allowed me to more easily utilize and toggle on/off identifying info for underrepresented communities of people who are searching for new positions currently. This has helped guide general searches for more targeted results.
