Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

We use SeekOut to find diverse candidates who are not actively applying to new roles. It is one of the many tools we use in the recruiting process and has been particularly helpful in finding candidates who publish articles regularly, and who may not be readily checking LinkedIn.

For a small company, SeekOut can be a great starting place as an add-on to LinkedIn Recruiter. In my opinion, for a company looking for a more robust tool, I would review a product like Gem which has some improved functionalities with regards to the dashboard, diversity sourcing, and more up to date and accurate email addresses.
