Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
SeekOut allows recruiters and sourcers at Salesforce to find talent and diversified talent in an efficient manner. I am able to use boolean searches to narrow down and find hidden gems. The look of the site is very easy to use and I understand where I'm going after each action.
- I can efficiently find diversified talent and the filters are very helpful.

- Being able to use power filters is a plus.
- Although the site has good UI/UX, there could still be some improvements to make it look better.
- Diversity filters are not 100% accurate but are good enough.
- I would like the confirmation of the email feature to be more accurate as well.

With my workflow process of SeekOut, I am able to find the candidate's email and see when was the last time they used that email. I can also see their LinkedIn profile to gather more details about their experience. I can also see on the search page a summary of their past workplaces.
SeekOut is similar to LinkedIn in being able to find candidates. However, I do like SeekOut better in finding more representation for candidates. I believe candidates self-disclose if they are part of an underrepresented group and SeekOut allows to use that information to help recruiters filter easier. Overall better than LinkedIn in that manner.
