Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it to get contact info to Text, contact info to e-mail (mail merge), and also get contact info and have hiring managers reach out to candidates as needed. I use the data to share with teams to show where talent is/isn't, competitive companies, etc. We use the Clearances and feel this is the best part (power filters).

Shows more candidates than LinkedIn does

The data can be a bit old, meaning I don't think data refreshes with LinkedIn as often as I would prefer.
Contact information could be more accurate.

Return on Investment

More candidates reply and reply quicker if you text or e-mail. Reduce time to submit and therefore reduce time to offer.
Power filters really help ID those with clearances.

Support Rating

They have quarterly (at least) meetings if you need help. Always respond if I have questions. Will run through a search with me if needed.

Alternatives Considered

hireEZ

Haven't used hireEZ in a while, but SeekOut had better filters, better UI, better AI, and better support.

Collaborating with Hiring Managers. Can pull spreadsheets that you can't in LinkedIn that you can share/show to hiring teams. Messaging candidates could be easier or more fluid, but that could just be how my company uses it.
