Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
I use it to get contact info to Text, contact info to e-mail (mail merge), and also get contact info and have hiring managers reach out to candidates as needed. I use the data to share with teams to show where talent is/isn't, competitive companies, etc. We use the Clearances and feel this is the best part (power filters).

- Shows more candidates than LinkedIn does
- The data can be a bit old, meaning I don't think data refreshes with LinkedIn as often as I would prefer.
- Contact information could be more accurate.
- More candidates reply and reply quicker if you text or e-mail. Reduce time to submit and therefore reduce time to offer.
- Power filters really help ID those with clearances.
