Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

We were looking to expand our Talent Acquisition toolset, and SeekOut leverages AI to supplement traditional search tools like Linkedin. It was most effective in locating hard to find information for specific candidates, as well as leveraging the AI tools to help broaden talent pools that we may not have tapped into/were hard to identify.

Support was fantastic. Our Customer Success representative was on-top of any questions, issues, training gaps we might have had. SeekOut representatives were quick to respond.
Linkedin Recruiter is the pinnacle of recruiting technology, however, the customer experience for SeekOut may be better. Linkedin can get away with doing whatever they want, when they want, because they know that recruiting teams will have to adapt to the changes no matter what. You're pretty much required to use it.

I think it is a very powerful tool, however, requires a lot of active use. I found myself using SeekOut when I hit a wall with Linkedin Recruiter, but not when I was initially looking to start a search/source candidates. If your org has the capacity/budget to bring it on, I think it's a great tool, however, not an essential one.
