Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

As a user of SeekOut in our organization's talent platform, which helps us hire, grow and retain talent while focusing on sourcing for diversity, technical expertise, and other skillsets. Using SeekOut, we achieve our hiring goals, increase productivity, and advance search capabilities. The company stands for – your core values, mission, and goals. It profoundly affects your company culture, affecting whether you can hire and retain the best employees for the job. Our scope is to discover new ways to find the right candidates, explore deep talent pool data to hone your sourcing strategy, reduce time-to-hire for inbound candidates and review best practices for sourcing internally.

The support team was incredible from the beginning and continued to provide valuable tips. I think the ability to use SeekOut to search through GitHub for IT recruiting effectively is a compelling offering from SeekOut and could be a game changer. The support team helps me analytics dashboard for each specific campaign. I liked that emailing through SeekOut integrates with your email, so you don't have to be on SeekOut to respond.

SeekOut is good, especially in retaining talent while focusing on sourcing for diversity and leveraging data to align workplace planning with your changing business needs. Create an internal talent pipeline based on skills, experience, or career goals—the ability to locate and track down top tech talent with clearances. SeekOut has been an enormous help. The ability to tailor the searches is fantastic, paired with the ability to pivot from the tailored searches to clone searches, which is perfect. The search functionality and customization options, the automated campaign messaging system (especially the humanization features such as the "send as reply" options), and the ability to tag candidates across multiple users to avoid duplicate contacting. But it is better if the features have easy navigation and simple features.
