Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
I utilized SeekOut in addition to our search software to find talent. Supplementing with SeekOut allowed me to better reach and target members of BIPOC communities and to better engage with them once discovered. Many know that LinkedIn is a place to look for talent, but not all talent is posted on LinkedIn. SeekOut looks in those extra places to discover those profiles.
