Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
We use SeekOut to find candidates for our open roles. These include Software engineers primarily but also G&A, project managers, etc. SeekOut is especially helpful because it allows us to search our previous applicants very easily which is something that our Applicant Tracking system doesn't do well.
Pros
- Search for your company's previous applicants
- integrate with your ATS
- Integrate with LinkedIn.
Cons
- Ability to mark a candidate as "viewed" without going to their LinkedIn page.
- Allowed us to reconnect with candidates who were "near misses" last time they interviewed
It's better for active sourcing than Gem and contains much more info that Linkedin Recruiter.
