Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

We use SeekOut to find candidates for our open roles. These include Software engineers primarily but also G&A, project managers, etc. SeekOut is especially helpful because it allows us to search our previous applicants very easily which is something that our Applicant Tracking system doesn't do well.

Pros

  • Search for your company's previous applicants
  • integrate with your ATS
  • Integrate with LinkedIn.

Cons

  • Ability to mark a candidate as "viewed" without going to their LinkedIn page.
  • Allowed us to reconnect with candidates who were "near misses" last time they interviewed
Our account Manager is always available and responds quickly to our needs.
It's better for active sourcing than Gem and contains much more info that Linkedin Recruiter.
