SeekOut is an exceptional market intelligence and sourcing tool. It is particularly useful in diversity recruiting as it has certain very effective filters for the same. Power filters is another key functionality of the platform using which we can filter as per job roles, company sizes and also seniority in order to more accurately match the target group of candidates we are searching for. Apart from this, it is very handy in pulling market intelligence reports for specific skills, seniority and geographies.

It is also very useful in zeroing down to relevant talent as per the grade level using smart power filters. It also enables recruiters to view and pull market reports based on talent availability which helps in crafting sourcing strategy. In terms of usability and candidate reach out; it would be better if candidates can be added into projects on SeekOut and reached out on the platform using effective means.
