Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I source within the technology and development space. I started using SeekOut one year ago and still use it continuously. I use SeekOut within a diversity scope. SeekOut helps me locate and identify talent from several different backgrounds I otherwise may not discover. SeekOut also makes searching for areas on the outskirts of major cities an easier process as well.

Pros

  • Diversity Sourcing
  • In-Depth Location Searches
  • Job Title Searches

Cons

  • Job Title vs Job Function Recognition
  • Better filtering based on job skills
  • Better filtering of old or obsolete profiles that no longer exist
  • Better integration with Linkedin Recruiter (too many steps)
  • Reduced time to hire
  • Improved candidate experience
  • Increased representation and diversity
Always received prompt responses. Great job with training and support sessions. Great resources from support.

I source in the technology and development space. SeekOut has been helpful for searches in more niche roles. When I work on a niche role that may not have a ton of immediate applicants, I know that I can come to SeekOut and perform at least three immediate searches (location, job title, job skills) to find what I am searching for.
