Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
We use SeekOut daily for sourcing new candidates all over the world and for all business sectors. SeekOut is especially helpful with our Diversity and Inclusion focused sourcing, as it allows us to filter by demographics and give much needed focus to under represented groups that have the same skillsets we are looking for.

- AI matching for smart and efficient sourcing
Cons
- SeekOut's preview information for linkedin candidates is often 2-3 months behind.
- Enabling a more expansive preview of candidate's profile
- SeekOut has helped with increased representation in hard to fill roles
- functions better than linkedin navigator on diversity and inclusion, since LI gives no ability to do that
SeekOut is the only one of these that actually lets you filter by demographic which has been much more helpful in providing interview opportunities to all people.
