Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
In my organization, we use SeekUut for a variety of purposes. We use it to actively source and engage with talent, but also use it for market mapping and to gather analysis around the demographics of the people in these roles. Because it's so easy to customize, SeekOut solves the issue of the difficulty of gathering data around very niche roles and skillsets.
Pros
- DE&I metrics
- Providing insights around certain criteria
- Access to profiles that I can't access on other platforms
Cons
- Data output - making sure that locations don't come up twice in the "people insights"
- When accessing profiles, going straight from seekout to LinkedIn Recruiter instead of their public profile
- Fixing profiles that are available on SeekOut but the link is broken on linkedin
- Improved recruiting process and diversity in pipeline, and great relationships with hiring manager who are data-driven and don't understand the scarcity of talent until they see the numbers
