Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

SeekOut is a robust TA platform and we use it several different ways.
The first is to provide talent intelligence reports to our Hiring Managers and leadership. These reports help them understand what the talent pool looks like, as far as available candidates, their education, skills, years of experience, and how many come from under represtend groups.
The second is used for sourcing candidates. The search function within SeekOut is pretty comprehensive and you can search based on things you can't find on LinkedIn. But it also connects to LinkedIn so if you'd like to use the search on LinkedIn it will find their personal contact information and put them in campaigns straight from the browser.

The partners and SeekOut are attentive and helpful. They have continual learning and workshops for their products.
SeekOut provides better Talent Intelligence reports.
SeekOut and Gem have about the same functionality when it comes to finding contact information for candidates.
SeekOut has a better search function than Gem.
SeekOut and Gem have about the same functionality when it comes to putting candidates in automatic email campaigns.
Gem has better pipeline metrics that you can share with HMs and leadership.

SeekOut is well suited to provide Talent Intelligence reports to Hiring Managers and leadership. To help them better understand what the talent market looks like for their particular positions.
Some recruiters prefer to use the LinkedIn search instead of the SeekOut search function.
