Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
We use SeekOut to help expand our sourcing reach. The business problem that SeeKout addresses for us is sourcing diverse candidates. We use SeekOut to explore different types of candidates that might not necessarily show up on LinkedIn. We are able to cast a wider next and it addresses our needs by really expanding on the search.
Pros
- SeekOut automatically initiates a good search when you use the clone feature
- SeekOut's searches are highly customizable
- SeekOut will do well at using your feedback on candidates by changing the search as needed
Cons
- SeekOut isn't always able to connect to LinkedIn on some candidates
- When you clone a candidate, it is sometimes difficult to widen the location
- I'd like to see an option for just US candidates as whole, not all of North America
- Increased diversity. SeekOut makes it easy to source for diversity.
SeekOut is pretty comparable to Linkedin Recruiter. We selected SeekOut after one of our internal Talent Partners recommended it.
