Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Transactional mail (order confirmations) and newsletters are sent to customers through Sendinblue. The options in our Woo Commerce shop are quite limited, so Sendinblue is a good alternative to guarantee our customers an attractive design and very good deliverability. In addition, we have an overview of all our customers and a large number of statistics at hand.

Mailchimp Transactional Email (mandrill) and Klaviyo

Preferably German language. The other two are poorly translated, if at all. Much of the transactional mail is also not translated. Maybe I didn't deal enough with the topic of the two.

Overall, Sendinblue is a very good email automation solution. In some cases it is a bit too extensive for my needs, but that way you don't have to worry that the system is not sufficient. As already described, some things could be made simpler, especially for newcomers to this area. But all the “big ones” don’t do much there. You just have to be able to do a bit of programming etc. Otherwise, Sendinblue also has the option of having in-house workflows etc. created.
