Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

We used Sendoso company-wide, mostly through our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams. It offers an easy way to connect with customers on a more personal level at scale. Our team would use Sendoso to send personalized handwritten notes celebrating achievements and as a creative way to engage with otherwise disengaged clients/prospects.

Pros

  • Personalization with hand written notes.
  • The ability to choose from multiple retailers.

Cons

  • Speed of items being shipped.
  • I was able to connect with many disengaged customers as well as start off new relationships with an extremely positive first impression.
I never had any reason to reach out to Sendoso Support so that's a win in my book!

Sendoso was used by our entire team to further engage with our customers. We could send company-branded swag or specific items based on personal preferences. It was an easy way to grab attention and make our customers feel valued outside of just receiving basic swag (pens, etc.) at conferences.
