Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

We used to manage our direct mail drops completely manually and it exhausted our marketing team and was a slow process for our reps. We implemented Sendoso for faster execution times and better analytics in our outbound direct mail strategy. We use Sendoso for outbound prospecting, cross-selling and customer success. It's integrated with Marketo, SFDC, and SalesLoft and has completely transformed and sped up our processes.

I found Sendoso to be more intuitive and easier to use/execute than PFL. Alyce has a very different model at a much steeper price.

Sendoso is ideal for teams that are doing direct mail manually and want to move faster/do more. Additionally, Sendoso is well suited if you want your direct mail integrated into your marketing automation and CRM for better ROI and activity tracking. It's great for setting budgets for your senders as well. It's not well suited for companies that haven't proven out the direct mail business case and are doing very little of it.
