Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

Sendoso is being used across the whole go-to-market org—marketing, sales, and customer success. The SDR team uses Sendoso to reach out to prospects, AEs use it to advance deals, the CSMs use it to strengthen the relationship, and marketing uses it for marketing campaigns. We are helping increase our meeting attendance with SDRs and AEs, getting prospects on trials to increase usage, and improving the relationships with our customers through Sendoso's platform.
  • Easily send gifts and e-gifts to customers and prospects.
  • Sync to Salesforce.
  • Touch (gift) creation for the team.
  • UI is a bit clunky.
  • Availability of egifts/gifts outside of the US (Latin America, APAC, EMEA).
  • Branding options.
  • Improved our meeting attendance rate.
  • Most deals have been influenced in some way.
  • Helped re-engage prospects that have gone dark/cold.

Sendoso is great for sales and marketing teams. People get excited with gifts/e-gifts and sales teams can use this to their advantage when booking meetings, getting prospects to sign up for a trial, or to take a call. Probably not a good fit where the company is not sales or marketing-driven.
