Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
Our entire sales development team strategically uses Sendoso for both deal acceleration as well as opening doors to new opportunities. When prospecting into an account or persona, you need to find a way to stand out. As COVID has impacted everyone across the globe, the amount of outbound activities and prospecting has significantly increased. Prospects are now likely receiving 3-5x more messages than before. Having the ability to leverage Sendoso to provide a personalized gift and or message really makes you stand out from the rest. I've received remarkable messages and feedback from the gifts that I have sent to prospects.
Pros
- Ease of use; clean UI that is very intuitive and easy to learn in seconds.
- Thoughtful suggestions; seasonal gifts allow you to create campaigns.
- Integrations; track everything through salesforce and other tools to maximize productivity.
Cons
- The address confirmation can be significantly better, I am not able to leverage the traditional features of sending gifts to people since everyone is WFH.
- Ability to add quick gift suggestions from a user level, not an admin level.
- Pre-Covid, Sendoso had opened the door to nearly 10 accounts from myself alone.
- During Covid, Sendoso has become more of a time suck from an SDR perspective as people don't really react to gift cards as much as a physical gift. This resulted in 1 maybe 2 meetings for an entire quarter. Getting the ability to mail stuff to people directly is HUGE.
I have only heard of ReachDesk, but have never seen or used their product.
