Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

Sendoso provides direct mail and gifting that is integrated with a large number of our Sales and Marketing tech stack. The CRM integration opens up uses cases for sales, marketing and client success, however it also has worked well for internal use cases with employees. The automatic logging of activity in Salesforce saves time vs manually adding that info. The ability to use Salesforce campaigns also helps track ROI compared to non integrated vendors.

Sendoso is more robust than Alyce in terms of the sheer number of integrations and items offered via the platform. While Sendoso is normally more expensive the you will uncover most of that is based on it being the most flexible offering in its competitive set. The scope of offering was also the largest among the vendors we looked at.

Sendoso seems to best fit organizations with larger programs for direct marketing and gifting. Smaller organizations may not need the large number of tools and integrations Sendoso supports. Sendoso is very well suited to automate the sending of gifts instead of doing them all manually. From a service and support standpoint Sendoso has a robust program with meetings for best practices and ideation.
