Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
Sendoso is currently used by mainly the Marketing and DemandGen departments. It a nice way to engage with potential customers, reignite unengaged opportunities and drive revenue. An easy way to send a personalized package or egift and stay connected with the recipient. Sendoso is an efficient and effective tool. You can also measure the effectiveness using the Analytics Dashboards.
- Personalized package, egifts and branded items.
- Easy to use.
- Build stronger relationship with customers.
- Configuring the Touches can be problematic when doing many and for different groups it would be nice to see improvements.
- We are currently analyzing the ROI
- We are looking at increasing the use of the platform by more employees and believe it will have a significant and positive impact in the long run.
I wasn't part of the evaluation of other products similar to Sendoso.
