Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

We use Sendoso for a lot of our ABM and 1-1 and 1-few interactions and campaigns. It helps create that personal touch and make us look more human to our prospects.
  • Integration with Salesforce, getting visibility for the entire org on which contacts got something from us and makes it easy for the sales team to utilize Sendoso from one platform.
  • Easy to use and setup for all end users.
  • Ability to track all sends from one place.
  • Fantastic customer support.
  • UI improvements. Being able to filter by sends or people that have done the send.
  • Search functionality - being able to search for touches a bit more easily.
  • Billing and invoices.
  • Can't speak to the metrics as I wasn't involved there, but overall Sendoso did help us move quite a few prospects down the funnel and contribute to successful deals being closed.
