Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

It's being used by the Business Development department specifically. It addresses a different way or tool to do outreach.

Pros

  • Easy to pick which gift I'm sending.
  • Good integration with Salesforce.

Cons

  • Ability to add attachments.
  • Helps me get more replies.
I haven't used anything else. Only Sendoso.
