Sendoso helps reps like myself engage with customers by sending them corporate gifts, such as ubereats giftcards in exchange for their time to get a meeting booked or a basket of gourmet snacks to thank a client for their partnership. it is used fairly often across our entire sales org
Pros
- seamless integration with salesforce
- many options to choose from
- great admin panel to track gifts
Cons
- automated emails that notify reps when the gift has been read, clicked, and redeemed. this can be tracked directly on SFDC on contacts page, but i'd like to get emails instead
- i don't need to get approvals to send something out since i have a license
- i can track the gifting myself
- less time picking an item to send a client since there's a catalog of ideas to choose from
- faster deal cycle when I send customers something because they become more eager to work together
