Overall Satisfaction with ShareFile
we use ShareFile to exchange files in-between employees and with customers. We are now exploring the Workflows and Signature section.
- Sharing big size files
- Allowing to share only specific files for a period of time
- The Worflows seems to help for document controls
- Time to transfer files
- Price
- Document sharing
- Negative: Was extremely slow to transfer files in beginning. It's better now.
- Positive: We were able to share bigger file internally.
- Positive: Was easier to send files to clients.
The workflow are more difficult to follow in the others.
