Overall Satisfaction with ShareGate

We use it for content migration between SP farms and reporting. Also used for larger SP 2013 to SP online migration. Also a great tool for running SharePoint administration tasks i.e., checking user's access on SP farm level, or creating permission matrix reports. Also, creating queries based on custom requirements. ShareGate is a very versatile, valuable tool.

Overall satisfaction
Simplest tool out of all and more affordable. Better support and documentation. More users and great prompt support. Prior to starting a new task time estimate should be provided. The license system is more manageable however should be available for more or less users rather than only 5. Also, activity or audit logs should be importable to Excel.

Large SP13 to SP online migration with several custom apps and web parts. ShareGate could migrate 1Gb data in about 2hrs which is pretty good. Relatively error-free operation and great logs. Easy to work with ShareGate due to its simple interface. Great reporting tool and query tool as well.

Usage can also be coming from some super users and data analysts occasionally.
10 - SharePoint technical and basic structural understanding. Also development experience and architectural skills. Great reporting tool as well as auditing option.
