Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use their CRM, email marketing, and more. We also love to reach out to their tech experts as they guide us throughout any efforts we are taking on. Recently, their team has helped us understand reporting and even analyze data. I think they help us do more than track leads and reach out to leads.

SharpSpring tops all competitors in terms of value. They have helped us capture many leads that we wouldn't have secured as easily without the use of other CRMs and software. I'm a die hard fan of SharpSpring after using them for the last year on the daily. I think they know that too.
Highly recommend this product solution to other businesses. I have actually suggested the solutions to others and helped them implement. Competitors like Salesforce don't integrate as well, and their support team sees you as a number. Whenever I call, I always feel like SharpSpring really cares about my needs and concerns.
