Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
I use Sharpspring daily as our internal CRM. It helps me as an account executive to follow up on my client's payment status. Also, I used it with some of my clients in creating marketing automation strategies and campaigns, to nurture the different kind of leads they receive with the forms that we embed in their websites.
It is really easy to create different kinds of forms and landing pages that help us and our clients to create and follow up on databases. For some of my clients, it is helpful, as it is an easy way to follow on "opportunities", to know what kind of interactions they have with possible clients and to follow on additional purchases.

I really like the way automation is built into this platform, they are easy and visual. The dashboard is very insightful in comparison to other tools and platforms. It is very easy to use and analyze our sales pipeline, just by drag and drop to the next stage and by reading reminders of the next steps to each one of our different clients, depending on the stage they are on in the pipeline.
